Learn more about how our nanny services work, what you can expect during the hiring process, and how we ensure the safety and well-being of your little ones.

As a family, you must complete forms detailing your basic needs. Afterwards, we will contact you to analyze your circumstances, preferences, and specific requirements. Complete the form here. After understanding your needs, we’ll search our database for nanny profiles to find the right fit. Once we have a potential profile, we’ll let you know so you can analyze it and move on to the interview phase. •     As a helper, you will also find forms that will facilitate direct contact with us. Access the forms here.

The agency conducts a thorough analysis of each candidate’s profile. The basic requirements for registration include an updated police check from the last 6 months, a Working With Children Check (WWCC), a current First Aid certification, and a resume (CV).

Each service has a different payment methodology:

Permanent Nannies: A direct payment from the client to the agency is made to initiate the search for the nanny that best fits the family’s needs. This process includes an initial payment and another when the nanny joins the family. Once the family accepts the nanny, payment is made directly between the family and the nanny.

Casual Nannies or Babysitting: A one-time payment is required to start your search, which will grant you access to our casual nanny platforms for a period of six months. You will also be required to pay a daily hiring fee. Payment for the service is made directly to the helper. Check our fees page.

Cleaning Services: We will provide a quote based on your specific household needs.

For permanent nannies, a two-week trial period is offered. If you are not satisfied, we will look for other nannies (the agreed-upon rate must be paid to the nanny). The final payment will only be made after you are satisfied at the end of the trial period.

In the case of casual nannies, babysitting, or cleaning, please contact us via email or phone to review the situation and take the necessary actions.

If you decide to convert a casual nanny to a permanent one, we recommend notifying the agency immediately. This not only ensures that both parties are protected with a clear agreement but also facilitates the transition and compliance with legal and contractual requirements. To formalize this change, a payment of $500 AUD is required to the agency. The agency can advise you on the process and ensure that all terms are favorable for both parties.

We will act as quickly as possible, prioritizing the delivery of the most suitable profiles for each family’s needs. This process may depend on factors such as location, requested roles, and family preferences. Generally, for casual nannies and babysitting services, the process is much more agile.

Rates may vary based on different factors, including the nanny’s experience and skills, the number of children, location, whether overnight service is required, last-minute notices, and specific family requirements. Generally, rates can range from $30 to $60 per hour.

We offer a variety of services, including: Part-time nanny, Full-time nanny, Overnight nanny, Nanny/housekeeper, Mother’s help, Casual nanny.

In this case, we will refund 100% of the fee paid. However, please note that the amount paid as the initial booking fee is non-refundable.

Currently, we offer our services throughout Sydney, with plans for expansion to other areas of Australia in the future. Check availability.
